RETURNS
Consumers may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation when the products are defective or do not correspond to the description.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@tapeamarket.com.

1. Introduction: Please read these terms of sale carefully. You will be asked to expressly agree to these terms of sale before you place an order for goods offered or produced by our Website www.tapeamarket.com. By doing so, you accept the present terms of sale without reserve, including those provided via hypertext links and any procedures and policies posted on the Website. These terms of sale regulating the sale and purchasing of Goods shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable Maltese Law.
2. Interpretation: In these terms of sale, “we” means PICOLOCO LIMITED and “you” means our customer or potential customer for products (and “your” will be construed accordingly).
3. Order Process: The advertising of Goods on our Website constitutes an “invitation to treat”; and your order for Goods constitutes a contractual offer. No agreement will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure detailed below.
- You must choose the Goods you wish to purchase and then simply proceed to checkout;
- You must then enter the payment details requested by our website;
- We will then process your payment;
- We will send you an automated order confirmation containing a summary of the goods purchased by yourself, to the email address you provided, at which point your order will be completed and becomes a binding agreement.

We may update the version of these terms of sale on the Website from time to time, and we do not guarantee that the version you have agreed to will remain accessible. 4. Price and Payment: Prices for Goods are quoted on our Website. The price is inclusive of all applicable charges & VAT. We will verify prices as part of our sale procedures so that a product's correct price will be stated when you pay for the Goods. Delivery is free of charge over the certain amount mentioned on the website.
5. Eligibility
Access and use of the Website is reserved to those persons who are capable of contracting in terms of Law. You hereby declare and warrant that:
- You are a ‘consumer’ in terms of the Consumer Affairs Act (Chap. 378 of the Laws of Malta);
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and you have full authority, power and capacity to agree to these terms of sale;
- The information provided in your order is accurate and complete;
- You will be able to accept delivery of the products;
6. Delivery Policy
Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing a summary of your order. Deliveries are usually dispatched within 72 hours of order or as per your instructions/requirements.
We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver products on time.
7. Risk and Ownership
The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you upon delivery of the products.

12. Governing law & Resolution of Disputes
You declare that you are aware of and accept that www.tapeamarket.com is a website hosted from Malta, and as a result, any dispute that could arise between you as the customer and us, shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of Malta.
Any question or conflict which may arise concerning the construction, meaning, or effect of this agreement or concerning the rights and liabilities of the parties hereunder or any other matter arising out of or in connection with this agreement or any dispute which fails to be resolved amicably within a period of 30 days shall be referred to a single arbitrator in Malta to be agreed upon between the parties. Failing such agreement within 30 days, an arbitrator will be appointed by the Malta Arbitration Centre.

Images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may differ. Given that you will only be able to see products online, this may lead to slight variation in the colour displayed on screen when compared to the real product.
