Description: High ruby colour, excellent cherry notes with pinkish nuances, perfectly clean and bright. Its still varietal aromas are the first to present themselves, well accompanied by a soft roast well combined with its final touch of liquorice, even finer if possible. Structured and fleshy with an excellent bouquet that remains aftertaste after filling our mouth with intense flavour a perfectly balanced wine, long and generous in taste sensations.
Food Pairing: This product is perfectly suited to complement grilled red meats, cured cheeses and spoon dishes, including traditional stews, bean stews and casseroles.
